Basic Overview
The Society for Creative Procrastinaction is an international organization devoted to the encouragement of merriment and creative expression in the place of "productive" academic "work." We strive to involve as many people and places as possible and to test the limits of our ingenuity and late night creativity without putting undue stress on our own academic performance. New members and inquiries are welcome.

Our Goals
The Activities of the
SCP are explicitly constructive. We avoid any destructive or malicious activities, and permanent damage or dangerous risks are to be avoided at all costs
In that context, we strive to have fun and do things which will inspire people to not only ask why we did something, but how. The goal is to push our limits both in creativity and ingenuity as well as in late night sneaking around and playful pranks.

A Short History
The Society was founded during the Fall of 1997 for the express purpose of justifying (my) crazy activities in the name of creativity as opposed to mere procrastination. There are currently about five active members and about twenty regualr members. While they don't have their membership cards yet, they have all committed enough... er, completed enough crazy things to warrant membership.

Our Charter

"Dedicated to the pursuit of entertainment through creative and unorthodox methods."

3. The activities undertaken must challenge the members to solve problems in creative and provocative manners, producing to real and practical learning experiences.

Article III: Legal Enganglements
All activities are undertaken by the individuals involved with no responsibility or legal entanglements with anyone else who is and was not explicitly, expressly, and materially involved.
